You have to talk to someone from Account Services and tell them some bullshit like someone gave you a courtesy call had already offered you this deal because you were having problems with them (phone/service). I posted the number up in my last reply. screw sales rep's and CS they cant do shit. Account services have the authority to do it all. I swear it worked for me. I was a Nextel user before but i dont think that has anything to do with it atleast i wouldnt think it would.
