the only reason I went in was to at least get a decent referb before I transfer ownership of my account to my brother. I went in with NO expectations, NO demands, just the vibrate and chrome listed as issues. out of the store in just over 30 min, and since I had a stock rom (9 months worth of tweaking) it wasn't even reset.
I know I been hate'n in this thread a bit, but ya'll want a trick; do the above (be a bright spot in your rep's otherwise cloudy and stormy day.)

I know what you mean, the guy I go to he's the Superinvisor or the main head person to the tech support at the store I go to. I got my Touch Pro off E-Bay to avoid a Contract, then had defective issues and he ordered me a brand new one, even though he wasn't allowed to. He was like screw it, I'm going on Vaction tomarrow, my boss can't ***** when I'm gone haha. I'm still debating what to do, because I don't really like the Touch Pro 2 all that much, from the glance I had.
but I'd like more opinions on it from others. But that there is 8 less keys, no flash light and that it's faster, with a better battery life.
+1 I can valch for this and he even offered to replace my old phone (Samsung Blade A900).
