Whenever you see something like:
HKLM\Services\MFLORSSI to HKLM\Services\!MFLORSSI that’s referring to a line in the “registry” of the phone. In order to see and modify the registry you will need to install a registry editor program. I’m using a program called Total Commander. It’s a free file explorer/registry editor. I’m attaching the file here. It’s called: “tcmdpocketarm.cab”.
To install this .cab (or others you will want to install) you need to connect your phone to your computer using the usb cable that came with your phone. I’m not sure how far along you are so if you haven’t done it yet, put the cd that came with your phone into the drive on your PC and it’ll prompt you to install either “Active Sync” if you’re using Windows XP, or “Windows Mobile Device Center” if you’re using Windows Vista. There should be paper work with the phone that explains the order you’ll use to get this part done.
If you’ve gotten past this, let me know and I’ll get further into it. I understand the problem with being “brand new” to this and I’ll do my best to walk you through what little I’ve learned so far.
