I havent had a problem of it not making changes in the calender however i have had that issue when using advanced tools. dont know if this will help but try when you select your change. click elsewhere on the screen. when i make changes in advanced and do not do this.. i get thats problem. not accepting changes. I think it may have something to do with sensitivity on touch screen.
