The file for "HTC Quietly Brilliant" is a manila. I'm attaching the zip file for it here. Unzip it and copy it to the windows folder on your phone and soft reset.
I don't know how to make .cabs yet or I'd send it along that way. Perhaps someone else will. |
how i do that? sorry it might a dumb question but im a noob how i unzip it? how i copy to the window folder?
