Please tell me which of the 3 (actually 4) roms are u using?
I changed the dialer in V1.1 to different dialer in version 1.2 and 1.3. I am using 1.3 with Maxmanila at this time and not having any the issues being report. Also, please tell me the carrier you are using. Important information to help find bugs, and where they are coming from.
Correction: Forget about stating what carrier. Didn't think about looking at your header for that information.
