I only scanned your post for keywords because I really didn't feel like hearing your gripes with every version of Opera Mobile when no one even uses the old versions anymore, but I can say that I have had none of the issues that you complain about in 9.5 and 9.7, the two versions most widely used right now. I have used the same phones alongside the same versions of Opera that you have, and have run into none of those problems.
