I have 2 questions. I apologize if they were already mentioned... 570+ pages is a lot to cover.

1) What is the easiest way to turn off the SMS Delivered notification? Is it the registry edit that I remember from awhile back?

2) Is there anyway to disable the pop-up keyboard so that it defaults to the hardware?
