With the TCP Window size set correctly, I don't have any issues with song length. My audio quality varies greatly, though. It usually depends on my signal strength, I believe, since that generally has an effect on your current data speed. The problem with Pandora's mobile player is that it generally only sets the audio quality at the beginning of each song and its based on your data speed. So, if your signal strength and/or data speed are low at the point when it is measured by Pandora, then your audio quality is going to suck.

I generally listen to Pandora while at work and my audio quality can jump from decent, near CD quality (128k I would guess) to crappy AM radio quality (24k probably) depending on where I'm at in the building.
