Excellent work- So far so wonderful.
There is a regedit for it and I am looking for it, its in HKCU>ControlPanel>Notifications I believe, not for sure tho.
Have a look if you know what your doing.

EDIT:

Look through the registry location I gave you and you will find each notification (email, txt, etc) and you will see "Availableoptions", Change the dword value to 15 for each notification. Soft reset and your good to go.
