Well what I did was one last ditch effort while waiting a reply back from there support team. I uninstalled completely, reset, deleted the cab (v1.0.2), redownloaded the cab v1.0.2 and now it configs and loads up just fine.
So im testing out the playlist and seems to be doing good, switching songs like it should.
