I just got the same error, I'm not tethering, but my mastercard has a different billing address than where I am physically going to be for the rest of the month. Why all this security? Am I going to have to VPN to get this to work or something crazy?

Nah, I panicked a lil bit too when I seen it. Just send a message to cmonex, or olie through the right channels on their site, and they'll hook ya right up. They're awesome people. They can get it straighten out for ya very quickly.
