I found that the Max versions of both the 1/20 & 1/25 23518 Roms have that issue. I flashed to the non-Max versions and the Landscape option worked correctly.
On a side note, I installed a mod to remove the calendar text from the home tab and the option now reads Weather Demo but its ok cuz I can set the Landscape Wp via the settings tab in Sense.
