Unhappy Weird TP errors...screen, vibrate, and soft reset button, cant connect with usb

Well recently I ran into some issues with my Sprint Touch Pro. I felt that some of my issues were with software being corrupted, but after flashing (through the SD card) I found that my phone is just messed up.

I thought this picture would help show what I'm talking about...
I figured the screen wasn't corrupted files, but I think my TP overheated and this is the result...It isn't always visible (different lighting and the angle you're viewing), it is in the shape of a perfect rectangle and somewhat resembles what gas looks like in water. I have repair service through sprint and I think that this will be fixed if I ask for it.

Another problem with this phone is the vibrator in it has stopped working, and I can't figure out why...it just won't vibrate, so I feel as if I might have to get a replacement. Another issue regarding this is that a lot of my windows sounds stopped working (my phone ring and text messaging sounds).

One more problem is the fact that I can't soft reset my phone. The little button doesn't respond anymore, even though I can feel it click. This isn't a huge problem, but it is annoying to say the least (I mean the button is there for a reason).

Lastly, I can't get my phone to connect to my computers. When all of these problems arose, I was using a Mighty Mouse 6.5 rom and I figured my problems might go away when I flashed to a stock rom. Once I figured out flashing from an SD card and got a stock rom on there only the problem with sounds went away.

So right now I have a stock TP (still unlocked) that has a weird screen issue, won't vibrate, and I can't connect it to my computer...so when I go to Sprint tomorrow or the next day, should I attempt to get upgraded to a TP2 or just get the replacement? Since I only have the repair insurance should I even try calling the *2 or whatever to go that route? Any insight on these issues?
