If you are referring to the taskbar and softkey bar, you can use MaxTTM.
For the actual softkey buttons, you need a transparent softkey .tsk theme file. Let me know which you mean and if you would like the transparent softkey.tsk file.
Also know that if you install MaxTTM, make sure you install the 16/20 links first.
Then if you want to uninstall the 16/20 links, you must uninstall MaxTTM first.
Let me know also if you have not seen my little guide for MaxTTM settings for clear bars.
Though, right now the wallpaper is not aligned perfectly with the B4all landscape mod. So if you make the bars clear, the wallpaper will be slightly misaligned. As it actually uses the top and bottom of your landscape wallpaper.
