On all other roms I have tried, the screen goes black and doesn't function when it gets close to your face. Is there a cab to disable the screen when it gets close to your face? Thanks.

Proxy sensor is working perfect for me. It's got to be something you've installed or maybe you didn't hard reset after flashing.
