The thing that bothers me more than anything else is its total lack of fully syncing to any email system other than gmail. When I got the phone I figured I'd just switch to gmail, but I hate gmail. You shouldn't have to change your email just to be able to use it on your phone. So I end up using my hotmail and having to delete the same messages every time i sit at my computer or check on line.
