A hard reset didnt work for me. I tried the switcher a few months ago and that didnt work....i had to get the latest activesync (the beta) and that worked.....up till now. now it is no longer frozen on looking for changes but now says attention required and my phone gives me a yellow round icon and says attention required. the system tray shows the green activesync icon and has a red exclaimation point on it. i think i might try reloading the beta on it.

do you have memmaid installed? if so, are you deleting anything in the "notification queue" section? i've noticed that when i delete the repllog.exe and CALNOT.EXE for the "notification queue" section, my activesync stops working. i don't know why though.
