It only works properly only immediately after a soft reset. If I start using any apps (more-or-less standard stuff), it can't properly launch, even if I close all apps and run ram cleaner - either starts up and comes up with a "low system memory" message, or just hangs. This is hapenning while the indicated memory useage is quite low (60%). Again, this is an issue that I and others experience with a particular release about 3+ weeks ago, and now it has come back on this and previous version.
