I use CleanRam to help avoid soft resets to clear ram. Works great to freshen things up.
I use ClearTemp to clear temp files like cache, cookies, and histories. Also it will show running processes and provides a handy soft reset button. I usually run ClearTemp at the end of the day.
I also use SKTools when I have uninstalled an app to help cleanup and optimize things every once and a while. You definitely have to be careful with it though. Go through the lists of files it flags before you delete them cause you may delete something you will regret. Use it to make a backup of the registry and then you can restore if needed.
