Easiest way I've found is to run the phone as a WiFi router.

If you search "phone as wifi" in this thread, you'll find the instructions pretty quick. I was able to get it set up and working in about 5 minutes.

Still struggling with USB to PC as modem solution for Verizon. In the home stretch now, but having problems with the HTC USBTOPC.cab (asked for help in another thread).
