You sure it wasn't an app like the iphone that "weighs" the object? Like he could step on his phone and it would still register 5 grams?
The Droid Eris has a Capacitive touch screen. Weighing anything on it is impossible. It measures the distortion of the electrical field to determine input, not pressure like our TP2. Unless there is something I am missing, its impossible on that device.
