Did you delete them by using Settings / System / Remove Programs or by some other means?

Sorry, I've been around, been busy working on something for MightyMike.
If you're phone is not 6.5, then the rilphone cab WILL NOT WORK. If it will not let you uninstall, which it should, you'll have to hard reset to get it working again. If the phone is 6.1, I can also post a cab for that, just let me know.
