Actually i think i might have had more specific intel type Sprint stuff with WisdomWolf since he was practically finishing sentences for me, with info that only Employees knew

I do remember. whats funny is when i went in this weekend to replace my tp2 before i sold it, they wanted me to apply for asm. I told them i'de think about it. With all my phone knowledge plus my superb customer service skills its been hard to replace me. Of course all of us ppcgeeks are good with phones but honestly man most people aren't, its ridiculous how little most sprint reps know.
