Just just gave my collection a massive clean up.

This is great program for properly tagging and adding album art to all my MP3s. The MP3 file itself gets the art embedded into it.

http://www.mp3tag.de/en/

Once MP3s are updated, album art and tags will carry over across platforms (ie. iPhone / Touch, HTC Music Player etc.)
