I have no idea on number 1.....You gotta remember a lot of the Manila Options were made for older versions so when Calk puts out a kitchen with a newer version of Manila they may have just come out, its going to have mods for the older Manila that might/might not work correct on the newer version. I always try a mod at a time, then start to mix maybe two or you can go grab all the cabs made for that particular manila you are using and convert them to EXT's and use them instead.
