Yeah, I have the same issue. I noticed it in all Opera 9.5 & 9.7 Builds. Opera 10 BETA is fine.
There are a few other apps but I have workarounds or alternatives for most of them so it's not a show stopper for me.
[EDIT] Just noticed freeza's earlier post about a fixed TouchFlo CAB to solve this one.
Let us know when the CAB is up, I'd like to go back to Opera 9.5 as I much prefer it. Cheers ... [/EDIT]
