mine wasnt a battery issue i dont believe as i still had sound when i slid the keyboard out & in .... i could answer incoming calls as i know the exact location of the slide bar even tho screen was 100% off .... even b4 when i would apply pressure to the bottom of phone when it would wake up .... the sprint tech thought they fixed it, & actually it appeared as tho it was true & then(coincidence ?) i plugged it in to charge it & attempted to turn it on(wake) to make a call & no good. good news i think is, i was told im getting a BRAND new phone not a refurb & low 7 behold when i press ##778# it indicates it isnt a refurb .. if they dont fake that info but build is late december .. anyways . .
