There was no mui because the source did not contain one.

Also, I posted that cab because (maybe I misread, maybe I assumed :P), the cab you posted was the beta which has a timebomb. The one I posted was created from 23518 goods which did not seem to have a timebomb.

I've seen that before too. You can usually stop it by going into sounds and notifications and setting your ringtone to "Ring and Vibrate", then hit the play button.
