I back up to Outlook, so my
device contacts are safe. There does not appear to be any good way to back up the
SIM contents to Outlook, though, other than manually copying everything from the SIM to the device.

I'll have a look, but I'm hoping not to spend anything for this and SKTools isn't free.
A primary use would be to keep my wife's and my Mexican SIM's in synch (by editing one, backing it up, then restoring to the other) for when we're traveling there. That's only a couple of times a year so isn't worth spending much.
