Found that file once I knew what to look for, but it seems to be cutting off after about half of my animation - regardless of filesize, number of frames, or animation length. Wierd, huh? It also still keeps around the MS Splash screen, even if I remove the registry key and set duration to zero if shows a blank white screen. I set it to point to a blank black screen so I can fade out to that until the loading finishes, but is there any way to change the length of the .gif file it looks for? I remember using the Advanced Config Tool with the Sprint splash before I had unlocked my phone, and it gave me a setting for the .gif duration, controlling how quickly it played (like a framerate setting). for some reason though, I'm not seeing that setting now (assuming, perhaps, because the animated splash wasn't cooked in?)...Have you ever seen this? Sorry to be a pain, feel free to tell me to pack sand if it gets annoying.
