VZ cant send out wm 6.5 with any replacement phone yet... its just a patch that's out. They haven't released any phone that comes preinstalled with 6.5 so more then likely its a 6.1. But u can get the upgrade here and with Energy ROM LEO... u cant go wrong upgrading it...
