Uploading beta 4b now.

Update 1/23/10:
-Made menus smaller and able to hold more items. Thanks MrMiyagi
-Removed first boot global message.
-Removed leo full screen player, which caused htcalbum bugs.
-Updated touch.dll which made it possible for swipe gestures to work. (email/sms)
-Removed JetCet software.
-Added TouchFlo to OEMCAB (responsible for swipe gestures)
-Added older version of Full Screen Player to OEMCAB.
-Added JetCet Print/Presentation to OEMCAB.
-Updated HTC Album CAB.
-Updated Enlarge Start Menu CAB.
