Backup Ringtones for Contacts with Exchange

Guess I will break the seal on my Lurker status and ask my 1st question.
I did try to search for this, and didn't find what I was looking for.
I've become quite the Flash Addict (I didn't know what I was in for when I got started ... Mighty releases a new one at least once a week doesn't he?) and of course that has necessitated my learning the various backup solutions (PIMbackup, Sashimi) but one thing I can't seem to figure out is this:

All of my data (Contacts) are on my exchange server, so I don't have to backup the contacts, they are quickly re-loaded as soon as I put in my server credentials. However, it doesn't appear that the ringtone for each contact is stored on exchange, only on the phone. Now, I only use a handful of custom ringtones, but it's the last piece of the 'automatic' restore that I need.

Anyone know how to 'backup/restore' just the ringtone setting on a contact? If I use PIMbackup to backup the contacts, and then restore, it creates double entries on my exchange server

Thanks,
-Z
