Have you tried opening it back up to see if a connection on the board is loose somewhere? If the reset button isn't working that tells me that there is something physically wrong with the phone, and with your recent repair work you could have accidentally put the phone together with a loose connection. If it were me I would open it back up and check all the ribbon cables and connectors.
