Ok so I recently changed roms on my phone to a clean 6.5 one on my Verizon touch pro. The rom had My Phone already installed but I had to upgrade to a new version to use it. After the update I cannot reply to or create new text messages or emails. Are you sure that My phone aplication its the one that's causing the problem? Could be your rom. But try this if you don't want to uninstall myphone: open my phone, go to the menu, then account and then click on stop using service. Good luck!
