wow, how long do i shake my phone to break it (jk). it has varry random issues and well....... well it is a tp. i don't think sprint store would be able to replicate my issues in store and see what is going on, and every tp has the 2 hour limit on the battery issue, i'm not special there. only once did i have the failed keyboard issue, but a soft reset fixed it. i might wait for asurion insurance claim and pay th 100 smackers for a claim online and get the tp2, but we might have the lg or d3 running 7 by then.
