I originally used Olipro's SIM/CID to unlock the phone. So the phone was unlocked when the error occurred.
Wasn't sure if applying the Verizon MR1 update caused problems, so I re-ran Olipro's unlocker to reflash their original unlocked radio rom (2.05??). Then tried running 2.23.00WU.exe again with the same error at 100% and the phone get's stuck at the boot loader. Was able to get the phone past the boot loader by re-flashing the MR1 rom and then re-flashing a Energy ROM.
