Ok just deleted the startup file, reset the phone and now the error is gone =)
fyi, i also run manila all the time, I only disabled it to replace the file in the startup folder thats why my phone booted in Titanium... But yeah just deleted it and restarted and error message didn't pop up... Thanks bro, you come through once again..!!
I was also having a TitaniumWeather issue when I updated to 4.2 but with the help of
this fix from over at XDA that is running perfect again too..!!
