But its interesting how you claim as a matter of fact it is what it should be like you REALLY know.
Oh my god.... Quit whining already.

For those of you who truly must see for yourselves (since our rocket scientist here wants to discredit an EE he's never met) ---- go down to your local Radio Shack (or even Sears) and buy a Multimeter and test the battey yourself!!!!

My low post count obviosly has something to do with my IQ. Since you've chosen to insinuate that because my post count is low my opinion and comments shouldn't matter.

It's no wonder why this site has such a bad reputation for whining....

Here's the facts - everyone's all in a tizzy because someone used a piece of software (that even the author indicates is a poor fit) instead of a common multimeter available at Radio Shack, Sears, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, etc.

And they started a rumour that the batteries were not what they were sold to be.

And they raised holy h*ll because they sent an army of emails over the largest holiday of the year and didn't get an tiemly response (I bet they took the holidays off - but who cares).

So here's a tip Mr. Smart*Kluf&%^$^; buy a battery, buy a meter, test the battery, and then start a class action lawsuit for millions when you prove your right and the folks with the other testers are wrong.

Oh ... and here's a newsflash for those of you who don't understand the concept of public discussion...

Everything you say and post on a forum is legally defensible and a matter of public record.

That means you can be sued for libel if they don't like what you say. And they can use your quote without your permission if they do like what you say.

Every movie and book publicist in the world will lift statements off paper and web sites to endorse their product.

If you don't want to look like an A** on some website when they reproduce what you've said - then don't say it.
