I found some interested data regarding lost TTS in iGuidance.

I removed Enhanced Notification and it still does it.

I went back to Manila 2.1 Message client and it still does it.

Sometimes it's so bad iGuidance can't find the maps.

If I kill the HTC Messaging app I can get iGuidance to find maps again, and sometimes TTS returns.

For grins I tested Energy's ROM with the same Build and Sense UI and it works.

But I noticed his Messaging Client is build 1921 even though his sense UI 1922.

And another chef completely removed HTC Messaging from 23518.
