I had 1 mogul for 17 months, and it was fine till I got bored with it. Never got insurance. Gave the mogul to my wife and worked ok for her till I washed it with the laundry. Got insurance after that for my TP. Had to be replaced once - Sprint warranty replacement. Second one has been working fine for me. A little scrached up but no big deal. My 2 cents.
