It's the taskbar from Freshhh 1.0. Flipz redesigned the taskbar because a lot of the users' weren't fond of it. Download the pre-kitchen here http://geekfor.me/ it has the Freshhh 1.0 theme but it isn't espresso. Also check out this link http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=90134
