have you tired the latest pandora cab made recently with all the reg edits in it? it can be found here

if it still skips songs try this steps here
1.download
Advanced Config Tool 3.3
2. Install application and open
3. While in the AdvancedCpnfigTool,go Network and TCP Window and change the value to 98304
