You are going to have to forgive me for the lack of details about the tests because I am illiterate regarding electric shit but this is what I got back from him.
Seidio Touch rated at 1500= results 1483
HTC Touch OEM rated at 1100= results 1079
Seidio Mogul rated at 3200= results 3145
HTC Mogul OEM rated at 1500= results 1465
All the batteries are used batteries so I was told that it might be the reason for the variance vs rated mah. The test were conducted in a laboratory with controlled humidity and temperature.
Needless to say that I am keeping my batteries.
The flabbergasted crowd will probably accuse me of being an employee from Seidio or something similar but I don't care. I am shocked that people would bash a company just for the heck of it without any scientific evidence to support their claims. If I was Seidio I would be talking to my lawyers since I am sure this had to cost them a shit load of money.

Interesting results...
This is the kind of testing we have been looking for (even though you have no details on how the test was run)... but none the less interesting. Too bas Seidio doesn't offer to run such a test and then describe how the test was conducted (surely they have the engineers to do so)? Funny how a private citizen like yourself has too do it.
Maybe there was a defective batch?
Maybe the ABC battery meter program is deficient?
Maybe for the lack of knowing better, the "average Joe" has to rely on the programs and testing that one has available since we do not all have friends like yours?
Maybe, some of us jumped the gun?
For the record, I too thought I was getting more battery life out of the extended battery, but between the "large gap" around the camera lens (allows dirt in) and the "creaking" of my back cover and the posting of "false user reviews" and the possibilty of a mis-marketed battery.... I wanted to send back before my "return window" was past and I could not do it (14 days).
I travel by air and rent cars weekly, and ended up buying from my local Sprint store an AC/DC mini USB travel charger. This way I can charge up my phone (OEM battery) while in my car and/or my hotel room at night and still carry just one charger (not 2).
Below is a picture of what I bought... and the reasons why:
1) Dual power charger costs less than extended battery.
2) Using only Sprint purchased charger and OEM battery (in case they ever have an issue with me for warrenty).
3) Provides unlimited power either in my office, rental car or hotel room.
4) The power cord is straight-wire and not coiled, so it is eay to use while driving and very long.
Thanks,
