Update:

went in sunday. they couldn't fix my phone nor did they have a comparable phone there. rep said he'd order me a TP2. said it would come on tuesday. i asked if it will be a refurb or a new one, rep said refurb.

went to pick it up today, it was BRAND NEW IN BOX!!!

PM me if you want to know which store. this was the the only store in LA that would order me a tp2. I think it just opened. had a "now open" sign lol.
