Just noticed some strange behaviour on build 23518.
With the following registry set to 1 (default for ROM):
HKCU\Software\HTC\HTCSENSOR\GSensor\AutoRotation
- Outlook does not rotate when you tilt the device
- Outlook rotates when the keyboard is opened, but does not rotate back.
- There may be other application that have the same problem
With HKCU\Software\HTC\HTCSENSOR\GSensor\AutoRotation = 0 (disabled)
- Opera 10 still rotates
- IE does not
- Outlook does not
- The keyboard issue in outlook is fixed
So, there is no perfect configuration.
Is it possible that there is other screen rotation software being baked in and causing a conflict?
