I decided to fiddle with this and make my own skin. It's not the greatest, but I like it better than the original. I included a version for 6.1 and old 6.5 builds(21xxx), as well as one for new 6.5 builds (23xxx). I haven't tried the latter one since I'm running an older build, but it should look the same.
If you previously installed this via cab I recommend you uninstall the cab then soft reset before installing the new cab. The new install would sometimes get messed up if I didn't do a soft reset first.
