I was having the same issues with CleanRam locking up my phone and figured out that if you set it to what ever setting you desire and then place the launch program in your start menu it does not lock up, but for some reason when I try to launch it from my program menu it locks up almost everytime. Oh and by the way I use the enable manila start menu.cab and DHarvey HTC progams tab Fix.cab so I have the TP1 start menu. So I just placed the clean ram launcher on my start menu and it works perfect everytime. I hope this helps anyone looking to continue using cleanram or wants to go back to it.
