Carrier is cooked in, no need to run provisioning cab.

MMS Works through WM default Text App in Start Menu>Accessories>Text or you could put that app as a quick link on your Home Tab. HTC Messaging will work for SMS just not MMS.

Also I will be updating the 23518 Sense 2.5 ROM's again today sometime. Sorry i know how we all hate to flash so much, lol
